Crimean War Research Society 25th Anniversary Visit to the Crimea Date: 23rd - 30th May 2008 Led by Colonel Peter Knox, Chairman PLEASE NOTE: THIS TOUR IS FOR CRIMEAN WAR SOCIETY MEMBERS ONLY! This tour has been designed to appeal to all members of the Society. For those that have been before, highlights include visits to Kerch and Fort Arabat. Those new to the Crimea will be able to explore Sevastopol and spend a full day at both the Alma and Balaklava battlefields as well as visiting Inkerman and the Chernaya Valley. In addition, there is also a one-day post-tour extension in Kiev, giving the opportunity to explore some of the important sites of the Ukrainian capital.
